When you next head to the local sports shop to pick out a new pair of “sneakers” (that’s what we call them in Canada), you are going to be over-whelmed by the choices. The colors, the prices, the ‘technology’ in the modern running shoe can confound even the most experienced shoe-shopper. The best advice I can give is to seek out a professional running shop and prepare to pay $$$ for a good pair of shoes.
